  How long will it take to have my web hosting account set up?

- Maximum of one business day setup time for all virtual hosting orders (usually sites will be live within 30 minutes)
- Maximum of two business day setup time for all virtual private server orders (usually sites will be live within 4-6 hours)

  If I need support, how do I contact Acclivius Software?

For your convenience, we have an easy-to-use on line form for contacting us. Your questions/comments will be directed to the appropriate department based on the nature of your inquiry. Additionally, Acclivius Software can be contacted by telephone or fax (contact information is on the top and bottom of each page).

  How long does it typically take to get a response after a support ticket has been filed?

Requests for support are always handled in a timely manner and, in most cases, members of the Acclivius staff will be able to address your issue within four to six hours. We prioritize every issue and handle the most critical situations immediately to ensure that critical issues are resolved as soon as possible.

  Can I use Acclivius' services for my existing website?

Absolutely. After your account has been created, upload your site to the server we have assigned to you. You will also need to point your domain name to our Domain Name Servers (DNS). Simply update this information with your domain name registrar.

  Can I park my domain with you?

We provide a very affordable plan for users that simply want to park their website with us. In addition to having your own one page website, we will also supply you with an e-mail account for your domain.

  Are there any incentives for referring customers to Acclivius' Web Hosting services?

We rely on word of mouth advertising and are happy to reward our customers in return for their referrals. Please view the pricing page for the details about our referral program.

  What is the Control Panel?

In an attempt to provide our customers with more control over their websites, we provide a set of controls under the user's own Client Area. The Control Panel allows you to:

    • View/Edit your account information, including your current usage statistics for the month.
    • Recover your password
    • Access your e-mail through our custom web mail interface.
    • Learn about additional services and promotions offered by Acclivius.

  What payment options are provided?

We accept payment by credit card, wire transfer, PayPal or bank check. If you prepay for 12 months of service, we give you one month free! Discounts are also offered for customers who wish to prepay for more than one year of service. Please review the pricing page for details.

  Are all of the CMS services the same?

We provide Content Management System (CMS) services at a few different levels. Depending on your intentions and your technical ability, we surely have a service that will work for you. Please view the CMS web hosting page for more information.

  Is there an on line help guide for using the Content Management System?

A detailed instruction manual is available to our clients. The manual explains how you can create a professional web site by using a combination of Acclivius' predefined templates as well as creating your own custom templates.

  What do I do if I need additional templates for my site?

You can use the Templater's Guide to create your own templates or you can have them built for you by Acclivius programmers. Depending on the details of your account, you may be entitled to custom templates free of charge. Please contact us for more information.
